I know it is not free. You can access the new feature after you pay a $4.99 in-app purchase.
Here is the fun part, the new feature is only available on Android phones but not on iPhones. Why?
Apple asked the Telegram team to remove the feature because it mimics IOS’s animated emojis.
Telegram’s CEO said that Apple has opposed the “higher quality vector-animated versions of the standard emoji.”
