According to Alanba News, an Asian national doctor sold fake PCR certificates for KD32 each. According to the source, the doctor used to communicate with his acquaintances through WhatsApp.
Alahmadi Police, after receiving reports of suspicious activities and counterfeit certificates(issuing certificates without undergoing necessary examination) being issued, monitored the doctor’s office/residence for about a week. After ambushing the doctor, the police found 15 false PCR certificates in possession.
The doctor, after confronted, admitted to issuing about 70 fake PCR certificates for money.
