According to Ghacks, Youtube just started grouping videos into hashtags. YouTube community manager announced on the 12th that Youtube started grouping relevant videos under hashtags. It appears Youtube will rank new videos containing the hashtag according to their popularity. Also, YouTube will add old videos to its hashtag lists using algorithms.
