According to the Alanba Newspaper, Two druggies, one is a Kuwaiti National, and the second was a female Jordanian national, were caught inside their vehicle sleeping.
The arrest happened after a call to the police of a vehicle blocking the street near Aljawazat Roundabout in Salmiya.
Upon the police arrival, the two druggies were found sleeping inside the car and blocking traffic.
After the arrest, the woman smashed the police vehicle’s passenger window before going back to sleep.
