In Salwa, someone accessed a mosque and cut the loudspeakers’ wires when no one was around. The authorities are investigating, and they lifted fingerprints from the site. Also, the investigators will collect all available surveillance footage that can help identify the suspect.

It is unlikely it was a hate crime as many people from different faiths live in Kuwait peacefully. Most likely, it is an annoyed neighbor who got woke up the night before by the loudspeakers.
