According to Alanba Newspaper, the ministry of education suspended the salary of 600 teachers stuck abroad. The teachers left the country at the end of the first semester of the 2020/2021 school year and are unable to enter Kuwait due to the government travelers’ ban.
In the meanwhile, Kuwait permits the entrance of domestic workers and Kuwaitis travelers.
